These are the rest of my pictures from the Love Affair workshop in NC. Millie, Davina, Lauren, and Kelly are doing another workshop in San Diego this fall. It changed me and my images for sure! A special thanks to Dustin for making me a blog logo action that I was too busy to figure out myself- I can now put my logo on the blog pictures in no time flat! Random pictures from the past three months on the disposable camera. Yes, I said disposable camera. They are way less stress for me! Plus I don't have to worry about ruining the camera and I just leave it in my car!

Yup, you guessed it, more pics from NC. I like these, because it shows that going bold with your colors can really pump up your wedding pictures! Adding bright colors into the details of what you wear adds so much to your pictures. I also think a good tip for brides is to choose more than one color for your color scheme- go with at least 2 for your main focus~ it will have more impact, and then use a third to accent sporadically when needed. Man, I love color!


I very much love this one....so creamy but dimensional!

Super fun edgy pics from day two of shooting in North Carolina....{by the way folks...these pics are from FEBRUARY! I tend to work on my clients stuff before my own so I figured it was now or never!}

Most of these pics were shot with a 24mm 1.2 that day, it was actually a manual lens from back in my film days. I switched to a 70-300mm zoom when you get to the dog pics though.

Two images so different, yet so alike. I believe this girl also did all the amazing makeup on the models.

She was an {AMAZING} model...she did such a good job! We were shooting at the lighthouse on Bald Head Island, NC, and someone was walking their dog, and they kindly let her model with him! Love it.

I wish I would have gotten more if her amazing periwinkle heels. I'm glad I finally got to edit these, this workshop was so inspiring! {There is STILL more to come from NC~ Three more wedding couples!}
